PASS Report

PASS Report for Program Directors

The BOC is excited to offer Program Directors a report that provides additional exam statistical analysis. The Program Analysis Statistical Summary Report, or PASS Report, provides statistics that go beyond the annual school report that is provided each year. The Pass Report includes the total number of passing candidates and overall pass rate. The report also provides the average number of attempts to pass the exam and the average exam score for first time and retake candidates.

A PASS Report may be purchased for $250. Available exam data dates back to the June 2007 exam, which is when the BOC went from a three part paper and pencil exam to one computerized exam. Please click here to view a sample of the PASS Report.

The BOC encourages you to provide us feedback. If there is a statistic that is not included in the report, please contact our office and we will review your request to see if it is feasible.

PASS Report Release of Information

If your program had less than five students take the exam in an exam year, you must have each student complete the Release of Information Form to give their consent to release their BOC exam results for the PASS Report. Make copies as needed and submit them to the BOC office by emailing ShannonL@bocatc.org or faxing (402) 561‑0598.
